How to cook Gubbeen Ham

Score the fat, drissle it with honey and cook at 190C for 20 to 30 mins depending on the size of the ham. It is delicious served with sauté potatoes cooked with red onions and herbs and a salad of baby leaves.

Gubbeen also make cheeses, bacon and sausages. We include the sausages in the welcome pack for our cottages, when available. They can be bought in the Skibbereen Farmer’s Market on Saturdays and local supermarkets – check out their website www.gubbeen.com.
